Thanks Shagun for organizing my honeymoon trip to Goa.This was our first ever trip to Goa.The Hotel location was just perfect right on the beach.The Mandovi cruise was great.The only thing we felt that the decoration done by the Hotel for the candle light dinner was different from the ones done for the other couples there.Besides this everything was perfect! Will surely recommend Blissful Journey to my family and friends.

I can’t thank you enough for helping arrange this. Considering we have a 9 month old and a 3 yr old, we managed to do everything planned and more. Including, the road trips in the car from delhi to agra to Jaipur and back again without any upset children. God was clearly looking out for us. Haha

I have one very important comment to make. The Driver , Sahab Singh made the whole experience even better. Very knowledgeable, patient and simply an awesome driver.  My little girl actually cried because she missed him. Please share this feedback with him and tell him that if we ever book anything similar again, he must accompany us. 

Shiv Vilas was great, a beautiful hotel with its own cultural experiences, the one very small negative comment was that they over charged for internet and the signal was not that good. Definitely not worth 900 a night. 

Tree of life – an absolutely amazing place. The chef there was the best chef I’ve ever seen. His food was the best food we’ve all tasted. The one negative here was that one evening my girl along with another child bumped a coffee table and the glass was placed ontop and not fixed down. It broke cutting the little boys arm. It was negligent of the hotel to leave dangerous glass like that just resting on top of wood. However when checking out i was still given a bill for broken glass. Even though I paid, I wish I hadn’t because that really disappointed me. 

Otherwise everything was amazing.

I am satisfied my journey to Singapore & Malaysia in the month of august. You had organised my boarding and loading facilities. Where i had stay in hotel that is so nice of view that hotel is called a First World Hotel in the Genting & All places in the Singapore and Malaysia is so beautiful. I hope i will visit again in the future.Thank you for your cooperation & coordination.

We are just back from a fantastic holiday in Dubai. Thank you BLISSFULJOURNEY for taking care of every detail. The Hotel was excellent and we covered everything there is to see during our 6 day trip. Gurgaon Jaypee Greens and Spa Resort was good fun and beautiful property. The room was lovely however we were not happy with the food.The non veg in breakfast were only eggs.They did not have buffet lunch and dinner and their ala carte was on an expensive side.But around us we found places to eat so it was ok.On the whole the stay was nice.We may go again!

We are back here in our own home and getting back into our normal routine.We had a lovely time on our holiday in India. It is a beautiful country and we learnt so much in our time travelling. Geoff and I were discussing what were the highlights of this holiday and apart from the awesome wedding of course there were some obvious stand out places we visited. We both adored the Taj Mahal and will treasure our time there. We all found that there wasnt enough time to visit all the places scheduled on our golden triangle tour. A few of the men organised with the tour guide and driver to drop some of the planned places to enable us time to travel the long distance between each accommodation. We really enjoyed the carpet making demonstration and it was very interesting however we found the owners of the carpet place were very forceful so we all felt pressured to buy although none of us did. The marble inlay demonstration was great. All hotels we visited and also the huts at South Goa were great places to stay and we enjoyed our stays at them all. The places where the drivers took us to eat on our travels were all really good. The driver we had in Goa dropped us off at places with no explanation of what it was so we were a little lost and really only walked in and out confused. Thank you so much Shagun for organising our amazing and incredibly memorable holiday.

Our trip with Blissful Journey was amazing. Shagun, the driver, our tour guide & hotel staff were all extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Loved the Radisson resort in Agra, wish we had have stayed longer. The rooms were beautiful, food especially breakfast was delicious & staff really went out of their way for us. The tour guide worked with our energy levels & tailored the day to suit this and our needs. He took us to the yummiest little restaurants around Agra, and knew how and where to take the best pictures at all the tourist spots! Cant wait to come back! Thanks again

I had a great trip to India from beginning to end it was amazing. The driver that you organised for pick up and drop offs, who also took us too Agra was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. The Delhi sightseeing tour was also a great day out, quite long but very enjoyable and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. As for the hotels, JP was amazing, the service was 10/10 and the breakfast was 5 star. However the Clarion was not quite as good! The breakfast was not great, often cold and the service was very slow and I would not always get what I asked. The room was clean and tidy it was just generally the food and service that was not great. Ashiyana Goa was amazing, i was greeting by management on arrival and reception were extremely helpful. My room actually got upgraded on arrival (not 100% sure why) but it was a great surprise. The food was amazing and so fresh, the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Unfortunately it rained for 3 of my days there but it did not take away from the retreat itself and it was peaceful and calming. Other than that my time in India was exceptional! Your help and assistant before and during the trip were second to none and made my experience all the better. Thanks for all your help and hard work.

The trip to Goa was awesome.  The only disappointment was the room in lemon tree. We did get a smoking area and a bath tub but the room was too small and cramped up. Also we found the curtain and sofa cushion dirty. 

I did try asking for an update or even change of room. We were on the ground floor so I wanted to check the rooms on the first floor was better, but they said they were all sold out. The resort on the whole is very nice but the room was quite sad.

The breakfast was very good. From the people that stay there you can tell its a good resort in the area but the basic room is not nice. May be the heritage room is a good choice ....not sure.

Anyways the trip as i mentioned was great. Brittos was awesome. The is a restaurant was fish and cove which is very close to lemon tree and that was your personal favorite. we ate there thrice in the three days. Brittos ambiance was amazing but food was average.

I have a lot to say but running short of time. Anyways thanks a lot ur organizing the trip we really enjoyed the time we spent there.

Supriya Mahajan Sri Lanka was definitely the best trip ever, very well planned. However I would have loved to travel to Galle also, which is like Pondicherry. The last day at Kandy was extended and we could have spent an extra day at Galle or Colombo. And though we were quite comfortable generally, I personally would prefer a more modern option for Bentota. The resort was very beautiful but us 3 girls were sharing the room and a loo since (if bentota never had single beds. It was a delightful trip nonetheless and well planned and we made the most of it

The trip to Kerala was very well planned.The choice of hotels was good and the car booked was very comfortable.We had a good family vacation and hope to plan more trips through Blissful Journey.

Blissful Journey rocks! Shagun was excellent to work with, organised everything for my family and I, answered all my questions & went out of her way to help me & relieve the stress from holiday planning. We did a very affordable and comfortable week long trip around the Golden Triangle in India. Our driver was the best! We must express our gratitude to Blissful. Highly recommended!

Thanks for organizing travel and stays for all my 30 wedding guest visiting from Australia. All my guest enjoyed their 1st trip to India, loved all tour packages provide. Especially the special care taken for the smallest of details. Every one told me will love to visit India n do other travel packages offered by blissful journeys.

Day trip to Agra from Delhi. It was Perfect. Thanks for the arrangement Shagun.

The Hotel - Welbeck residency was the worst property I've ever stayed at. They claimed to be a three star hotel but their room was not up to the standard. The staff was incompetent and the poor services was icing on the cake. When I checked in, I was told that the intercom facility was busted and it only started working at the time of my check-out. They were literally short staffed as I only saw a handful of staff members and the entire hotel was booked. I decided to have lunch at the restaurant once and shouted at their staff as I had to wait for about 2.5 and walked out without having it. I spoke to one of the hotel staff who claimed to be a manager but it was not of any help as expected.

Even for room service, you had to call reception thrice. I told them about the hand shower not working in the bathroom the day I checked in and asked them to fix it on priority basis and it was not fixed even when I checked out. I did not like the room I was staying at and requested for an upgrade, they showed me another room - Queen and were offering me complimentary heater as the carpet was wet which was hillarious. The room had excellent view with smaller hotels around and till 12am, you can hear people talking in tamil from the window. Restaurant served pathetic food and when you order room service, they proudly served cold chinese food.

They also had a travel desk which was overpriced and they would only show you half of the places mentioned in their site seeing brochure.

The entire experience was discomforting and unpleasant, It was not the honeymoon I expected.

The trip to Neemrana Fort palace was awesome.. all the arrangements were done spot on...Would be recommending your companies services to family and friends... All the best
